Shipping Fee and Schedule

We offer free standard shipping inside Korea on all orders over 50,000 KRW. If the purchase amount is less than 50,000 KRW, the shipping fee of 3,000KRW will be added (5,000 KRW for Jeju Island). We process and ship out all the orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders are fulfilled and shipped out on the next business day (not including holidays). The estimated delivery period after the order is 2-5 days excluding weekends and holidays.

*During checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping, and handling charges, in Korean won before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in Korean won according to the charges displayed during checkout.

Order Cancellation/Return/Exchange Information

Returns on eligible items are accepted within 30 days of the order date. Items must be returned in their original packaging. To return an item, please contact

If you return it due to defective products or misdelivery, the return shipping fee is free of charge. 

If you return it due to a simple change of heart or due to your circumstances, the return shipping fee will be charged from the customer. Refunds and exchanges will be made after receiving the product, and refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the collection date. (Card payment cancellation may take some time, depending on the credit card company's circumstances.)


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply send us an email at within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Our customer service team will assist you personally.

- If the package is opened within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, or the value of the product is lost due to damage to the package, it is not possible to exchange/return is not possible.

- Indicate the contents of the goods and services you received. If it looks different from the advertisement you can return the product within three months from the date of the advertisement posting or within 30 days from the date you received the product.

Receiving a Refund is impossible if...

- If the return/exchangeable period is exceeded;

- In case of loss of goods and components or damage/failure/contamination due to careless handling;

- If the product specification has been changed (initial product, customized product, etc.) at your request, it cannot be canceled or returned/exchanged after the production has started;

- Goods used or modified;

- A product is lost or damaged by the customer (excluding the case where packaging, etc. is damaged to verify the contents of the product.

* Returns may be restricted if the collection is delayed due to reasons attributable to you during return/exchange. 

**Some products may be subject to price changes due to the manufacturer's situation (new model release, etc.) and changes in parts prices, which cannot be returned or compensated for.

***You can return some products only when you attach the proof of negative health effect caused by the product (However, all other expenses are at your expense.)

****Some cosmetics may not be suitable for your skin, which cannot be considered a problem with the quality of the product itself.

*****If you return the item that was accompanied by a gift, you will have to return both the product and the gift in order to get the refund.
